If you enjoy the Fox River Chamber Fest each summer, explore this spring and fall series.
It focuses on sacred choral music and is offered by First English Lutheran choirs together with community members under the direction of Maestro Erich Knapp.

Enjoy a very special presentation of "The Solemn Mass" of Louis Vierne, written for two organs and choir on Sunday November 10 at 3PM.
This work is thrilling -- a listening experience you will long remember. In it, the magnificent Wahl pipe organ in the sanctuary's balcony has big solo sections; in the front chancel, the choir is accompanied by a large electronic organ leading the choral parts of the Mass. Together, you're immersed in an amazing volley of sound from the back to the front, back and forth, for 25 minutes!
The entire concert is about 50-minutes long and features three additional anthems, ending with an Easter anthem also written for two organs and choir.
A celebratory reception immediately follows the concert.
