Dr. Nathan Birkholz
Nathan holds his DMA degree from the University of Illinois after studying pedagogy with degrees from Indiana and Northern Illinois Universities.
A winner of top prizes in several competitions across the country, Nathan is staff pianist for Lawrence University having previously served on the piano faculty at UIUC and Ripon College.
HeARTs & Hands
Karen Ebben
Karen is owner of Hazelmade Art Studio and an art educator for 27 years. She has dedicated her life to working with kids, showing them the joy of living a creative life. People of all ages and abilities explore different mediums and their own creative problem solving. Hazelmade is also a mobile studio at senior care facilities and group homes for people with developmental disabilities.
Fox River Chamber Fest
Joseph Hauer
Founder of the Fox River Chamber Fest, Joseph is pianist working throughout the Milwaukee area. He holds a masters degree from NYU Steinhardt in piano performance following undergraduate studies at Oberlin College. He performs regularly across the country as a featured soloist and chamber music musician.
Summer Interns
Collins Pritchert
Originally from High Point, NC, Collins graduated with a degree in Communication, went on to seminary studying ministry and has spent a year with the ELCA Young Adult in Global Ministry program in the country of Senegal. His love for youth ministry began during his summers working for Lutherock Camp as a counselor and chaplain.
